Having just paid my San Francisco Property Tax bill for this year, I am sharing the new rate for 2013-2014 is 1.188% of the property's assessed value. If your property value seems inaccurate (on the high side, of course), you can contact the assessor's office www.sfgov.org/aab for a reassessment.
