The usual “June Gloom” persisted into July in San Francisco as the fog seemed to camp out every morning. In the residential housing market, buyers looked for a ray of sunshine, more inventory, but failed to find it, as the number of active listings dropped to its lowest point since February of this year. Many eager buyers and too few properties led to 79% of single family homes and 74% of condos selling over list price.
